We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Qualifications

About you...

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. 
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. 
• Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• To contribute to the direction and provide inspirational leadership with the teams in In Room Dining.
• To guide and inspire exceptional team performance and mentor team members within the outlets.
• Perform Daily Line Ups and communicate all required information to teams.
• Act as a spokesperson for the departments in order to achieve 1 Hotel’s vision and enhance and build a positive brand image with internal and external guests.
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments across the hotel to contribute to the success of the entire hotel.
• Assign and monitor daily employee shift side work.
• Identify, customize and deliver individual guest requirements.
