Job Description
Job Title: Report Designer
Location: New York City, NY(onsite)
Local Candidates only
Responsibilities:
Developing easy to use dashboards and reports in Tableau and Pyramid Analytics.
Client user needs, collect feedback, and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers and other designers to define, prioritize, and solve problems.
Facilitate the client's vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital reports.
Create wireframes, high fidelity comps, clickable prototypes, and style guides.
Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
Creating visualizations that help to explain complex data and/or systems in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing way.
Working with cross-disciplinary teams to design, prototype, validate, and deliver design solutions.
Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
Required Qualifications:
Strong sense of design - Should be able to showcase a portfolio of work.
Should have 10 years of total experience.
4-7 years of Tableau experience.
Certified in Tableau.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Should have hands-on other than Tableau (Power BI / MicroStrategy / Pyramid Analytics).
Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographics.
Familiarity and/or experience working on a scrum team within the Agile delivery framework.
Experience in group facilitation, including with groups of senior organizational leaders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Ability to be nimble through constant change and unexpected challenges.
Self-starter and results-oriented.
Application and technology delivery experience.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
