Dispatcher Description :

The Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients. They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best in class service to our clients.

Additionally, the positions supports general office duties.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer client calls; provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries.
  • Schedule jobs for technicians.
  • Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
  • Manage client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  • Enter client data into software.
  • Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating client thank-you notes, assisting with marketing / sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
  • Ability to answer phones and book calls after regular business hours (bonuses apply).

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team player, energetic, positive attitude.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency.
