What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Professional BHP position at 10 Forward LLC?
This is special, good work to help children, youth, teenagers improve their lives, building lifeskills, social ability and behavioral skills. Creative and structured environments. We work with children who are authorized to receive services, including children with autism, ADHD, ADD, intellectual disability, behavioral challenges. 10 Forward LLC, Programs and Services for Families and Communities, is hiring Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs/Section 28), for a variety of part time and per diem positions.

COMPENSATION:
- $16 to $20 per hour
- Incentive Bonus plans $200 for 200 hours work successfully done
- Paid earned time off plan

- Holidays are based on average number of hours worked per week
TRAINING, SUPERVISION AND STAFF SUPPORTS:
- We train and support our staff, with a WIN/WIN approach. All trainings and supervisions are paid, and if driving, include mileage reimbursement.

- Wellness and stress management support incentives

- Will provide PPE if needed
AVAILABLE BHP JOBS:
Per Client/Per Diem positions, working from 12 to 35 hours weekly. Schedules may vary. Some Per Diem positions may eventually become part time employment.
Schedules:
- Afternoons and evenings after school
- Option of working weekends
Work environment: Professional, friendly and supportive
You will work in home and community settings, with occasional remote supports as a backup. Must attend monthly paid group supervisions (on location and by Zoom). You are paid for all training and supervision time.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Pass Criminal Background checks, and Maine DHHS background checks.
- Good driving record, reliable vehicle and valid insurance
- Minimum education: high school diploma. Many college students or college grads work as BHPs
- We will provide BHP Training if you are not yet certified
- Goal oriented for children to make progress
