- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring that educational goals and objectives are met.
- Assess students' abilities and learning styles to determine appropriate teaching methods and strategies.
- Adapt and modify instructional materials and techniques to accommodate students' diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive network for students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Utilize assistive technology and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.

- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Ability to differentiate instruction and implement research-based teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with assistive technology and educational software.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
