Job Responsibilities:

- Plan curriculum, lessons, and special education programs and teaching methods.
- Maintain contact with parents of students and invite them to participate in educational progress.
- Maintain the physical environment of the classroom for organization and presentation purposes.
- Instruct individuals and groups on Special Ed. skill areas.
- Modify curriculum according to IEP and administer testing evaluations.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required, with classroom experience preferred.
- Active state license as a Special Education Teacher.
- 1 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher.
- Experience working with students with various disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
