Process Engineering Manager on Wafer Test

To Wolfspeed, testability means scalability, manufacturability and repeatability. We design and support tools and systems that are used in our OSAT sites as well as domestically here in Durham, NC. Our goals are creating systems that are easy to operate, exceptionally repeatable, easy to scale, and operate at world class levels of tool availability. The work we do at the wafer level test operations are the core of our overall test parametric and quality validation programs. In this role, you own the hiring decisions and priority decisions for the operations test organizations both onsite in North Carolina and at our OSAT sites in Malaysia. Developing your team will be a key focus as we grow our headcount and process responsibilities in both Power and Rf devices. Your team will interact with device and yield engineers to review single wafer data as well as trends and you will interact with the R&D organization to relate NPI to production ready processes. The Day to Day Define and implement projects that improve process efficiency and accuracy Generate and maintain complete process documentation and procedures for High Voltage (HV) on-wafer Power testing. For Mosfet, Schottky and Rf devices. Own tool calibrations and standards process across sites. Deliver robust and “user friendly” production test solutions. Define clear OCAP and RFC procedures that generate standard responses to data signals and drive confidence in the process. Analyze data using sound statistical methodology to monitor test integrity and stability on HV on-wafer test systems. Most of this analysis is done using the JMP platform. This Job is Right for You if You Have: BS in STEM with good working knowledge of Electrical Test. Working knowledge of measurement system analysis (MSA), Gage R&R (GRR), and test system calibration / standard management 5 years of experience in leading engineers. Test experience is great but outstanding process engineering and data skills are imperative. Ability to pull and analyze large data sets from manufacturing processing. You will stand out with experience working directly with the hardware and software for testing of FET or Rf devices.
