Job Fair - Patient Access Specialist
Full Time and Per Diem positions available
Location: Fanny Allen Campus, Colchester VT
Space: Dunbar Conference Room (lower level)
Date: Tuesday, February 4th, 2020
Time: 1-3PM and 4-6PM
Interviews will be conducted; MUST have resume with you.
Please note: This position is eligible for up to a 4k sign on bonus paid out over the first year.
All full time positions are Monday through Friday day shift with on site parking.
The Patient Access Specialist answers inbound calls for various departments providing front-line customer service to patients, physicians and staff. The Patient Access Specialist schedules and coordinates simple and complex patient appointments for respective clinics. Incumbent prioritizes patient problems and provides appropriate patient instructions. This position requires the ability to communicate in a clear, effective, and competent manner while providing welcoming and approachable service to ensure a positive outcome
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated customer service in a medical, fast-paced retail or other business environment. Call center experience preferred
