About the Legal Internship: As a Legal Intern, you’ll work alongside our legal team to gain exposure and support business units with commercial transactions with the help of our on-site counsel. You will get hands-on experience with drafting domestic and international business contacts, researching legal issues, drafting memoranda and much more. Required: Must be a current law student grading no earlier than May 2024 and be actively continuing to pursue a degree at the completion of the internship Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent collaboration and problem solving skills working cross-functionally with other teams Working knowledge of Google Suite Workspace Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred: Previous legal experience Familiarity with domestic and international laws, and commercial transactions - Pay Equity - Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
