The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing functionality of applications and designing tests to validate performance, functionality, and resilience. There will be close collaboration with product management, developers, and architects. Our organization is prioritizing quality and integrating test design thinking into our processes at the earliest stages of development. Primary Responsibilities: Work with software design teams to discuss testing protocols Identify application weaknesses and areas for improvement Collaborating with other Engineers to establish standards and guidelines for future development Apply innovative thinking to advance the team's testing methods and processes Collaborate with onshore & offshore development team members, including reviewing code and troubleshooting quality issues Troubleshooting software and finalizing system procedures Collaborate remote teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of professional experience 3 years of experience as a Software Automation Engineer in a professional environment Development experience using C# is required C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework Experience collaborating in an Agile environment Demonstrated ability to learn and master complex technology Experience collaborating and coordinating with remote coworkers Strong attention to detail Preferred Skills: Experience with Nunit / Xunit frameworks Able to provide guidance on integration, performance, and stress testing best practices Experience supporting the quality of enterprise grade cloud scale websites Experience working with leadership and key stakeholders throughout the business Familiarity with cloud technologies Trimble Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, or any other protected factor.
