FactSet is currently seeking an Finance Operations Manger to join its Finance department at the corporate headquarters in Norwalk, CT. This position will report to the Director of Finance Operations and be responsible for assisting in projects to create efficiencies and improvements within the Finance organization. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm along with the ability to effectively communicate a future vision for change.
Responsibilities:
- Working with IT team and finance to clearly define requirements and processes for new system implementations and produce operational efficiencies.
- Reviewing and enhancing our current documented procedures and training materials.
- Support other finance activities as required ensure finance meeting it's project commitments.
- Assist in training user community on system functionality
- Assist finance in master data governance
Required Skills:
- BS in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years experience working in a global finance organization
- System implementation experience
- Workday Financials and Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, work under firm deadlines and take initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
