Administrative Coordinator, Late Development Oncology

As an Administrative Coordinator in Late Development Oncology, you will play a crucial role in enabling our Senior Leaders to focus on science to deliver medicines to patients. You will be part of our Global Team of 20 Administrative Coordinators providing global support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-quality project coordination and 1:1 support to our Senior Leaders, teams, and key business processes. You will manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel bookings, and expenses management. You will also lead the practical arrangements for internal and external meetings and team engagements. Additionally, you will provide specialist project administrative support to leaders and department as required.
