In this vital role you will own and lead all process, financial, and governance aspects of critical Infrastructure initiatives and efficiency improvements in support of information protection goals Responsibilities: Design and lead multiple initiatives that include: Breaking down complex technical and process issues into actionable deployment plans for your initiatives that lower risk and increase speed-to-value via a diverse set of deployment frameworks (SAFe, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall) Establishing governance and an effective command and control framework to ensure initiative success, including stand-up meetings with across multiple teams to review project status, priorities, and expectations to ensure projects and goals are on track Developing and distributing periodic project indicators that highlight initiative health, including business value objectives, risks, issues, costs and trends Driving organizational change and adoption of your initiatives with collaborators across a diverse and matrix organization Provide credible infrastructure logistical oversight, and leverage key roles across the enterprise such as analysts, engineers and data scientists to continuously improve delivery Trains and coaches new product teams as they initiate, mentors and coaches junior project managers and scrum masters, and coaches senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down Experience delivering large technology programs with metrics around budget, quality and timeline metrics Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Technology experience Or Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Technology experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Technology experience Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Technology experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Technology experience Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in Agile methodologies with respect to technology solutions and their development and has experience as a Scrum Master Proficient with scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management Experience in large corporate environments involving multi-functional and diverse customers Experience effectively facilitating and driving organizational change Highly motivated, collaborative, works effectively under minimal supervision and places priority on the successful completion of team goals Possesses strong learning agility and technical leadership with the ability to breakdown complex topics and issues into concrete plans for teams Self-directs work on multiple priorities with minimal oversight Strong written and oral communication skills with infrastructure domain expertise to communicate effectively with various partners Facilitates Agile learning and development through individual and team coaching Infrastructure, Cloud and Software Engineering technology environment experience and experience operating in a regulated environment Thrive What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
