Job Description Summary: Maxim is seeking Industrial Engineers to join our operations team in Beaverton, Oregon where they will elevate and improve fab performance through ongoing data analysis, value stream mapping, accurate capacity modeling with process optimization recommendations and actions. The successful candidates will drive cycle time reduction through innovative Industrial Engineering techniques while interfacing at all levels of the organization to meet the goal of satisfying our customers.
