IT Delivery Manager - Leasing & Financial ERP (Remote)

Job Details What you will do Do you have experience with Leasing/Loan ERPs/ERP or financial applications? Join us as Manager, IT Delivery Lead supporting the design, development and maintenance of financial solutions on global scale. In this position, you will translate business requirements into IT assignments & guide them into successful implementations and manage/maintain a global leasing solution. How you will do it Lead and manage technical and solution delivery resources for a project and/ or specific workstream Drive continuous improvement by facilitating team retrospectives, teaching problem-solving techniques, and driving greater accountability amongst team members Ensure functional and technical governance is in place Coordinate with Business Partners/ Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Architects and CoE teams for the successful delivery Maintain ‘state of the art’ technical and functional expertise in the assigned areas of responsibility Apply new technology and techniques to improve efficiency of business solutions Develop functional and technical skills to span multiple systems or platforms Work with architecture and operations departments to ensure that applications follow company standards at a high level of availability Support the analysis of designs, developing, testing and implementing changes to the applications in support of Business Unit initiatives and change requests Lead the results of the testing cycle of system design changes prior to migrating to Production applications Cooperate with Release Manager to resolve readiness and deployment schedule of the applications modifications or enhancements Supports the application migration strategy for moving changes between environments Ensure Global, cross-BU standardization is maintained Provide Tier 3 end user support when needed Work with the external application vendors on issue resolution, enhancements and improvements Act as liaison between Corp IT and the business teams What we look for Required Knowledge of leasing/finance and audit processes Experience with leading people 7 years of Experience with managing, maintaining and delivering implementations in finance applications and/or ERP Overview in computerized financial systems, including personal computer systems, Excel, Windows, and other mainframes, general ledger and related software Capable of effectively interacting with Business Unit customers Very strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environment Demonstrable experience of data processing, data analytics and reporting Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements Knowledge of ERP concepts AP, AR, GL and Cash management Preferred Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field Prior experience in managing/maintaining leasing applications Prior experience in Odessa or similar leasing/finance systems Understanding of Integrations, SQL database (database maintenance automatic data imports) Knowledge of following applications/ technologies is a plus Odessa ERP (Financials/Leasing/Loan) Johnson Controls International plc. is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a qualified individual with a disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
