Overview Under the direction of the ChooseHome (CH) Executive Director, the CH Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for 1) marketing and selling the CH program to achieve census/membership goals and 2) leading the CH sales team to meet census/membership goals. The CH Marketing and Sales Manager will work with appropriate LLH directors, Riverside departments and staff, the CH Executive Director, and vendors to plan, implement, and oversee marketing, sales, and lead generation initiatives for the CH program. Specifically, the CH Marketing and Sales Manager will: -Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the sales team members; -Work with appropriate LLH directors, Riverside departments/staff, and the CH Executive Director to identify and manage sales targets, forecasting activities, target markets, and performance goals; -Develop, implement, and track sales, marketing, and lead generation initiatives; -Move prospects from qualified leads to closed sales/members; -Build and maintain relationships with Members and prospects; -Prepare presentations and present CH and related industry topics; -Plan and coordinate events; -Maintain business relationships with local service providers to facilitate referrals; -Develop content marketing plans and prepare marketing/communications materials in collaboration with RHS Corporate Marketing team; -Work with the CH Executive Director, manage sales & marketing budget; and -Track, prepare, and present reports on sales and marketing initiatives and achievement of membership targets. What you will do Supervises, trains, coaches, and manages the performance of sales team. Ensures that the sales team follows proper sales and marketing protocols. Conducts performance evaluations of sales associates. Helps train administrative staff and oversee work schedules and daily activities. Act as a liaison to the community through regular involvement in programs, public appearances, and speaking engagements. - Plan, coordinate, and deliver presentations to prospects, community/specialty service providers, business referral sources, and Riverside executives and board of directors. - Plan, coordinate, and deliver joint presentations/special events with referral sources to prospects. - Maintain relationships with business and community service providers to develop business opportunities and facilitate referrals. Respond to all prospect inquiries and qualify prospects generated by marketing initiatives. - Move prospects from inquiry to closed sales: Meet with prospects to determine needs and goals, provide overview of ChooseHome program and plans, develop and maintain program interest, answer questions and proactively provide information, conduct cost-benefit analysis and other evaluations and comparisons, guide prospects to appropriate plan selection. - Coordinate all aspects of health assessment. - Prepare and conduct member signings (i.e., create invoices; prepare member agreements and handbooks; coordinate closing gifts; collect payment and appropriate documents at signing; process payments and documents). Schedule assessments between prospects and CH Executive Director/clinical team. - Coordinate with doctors and specialty care providers to secure medical records and ensure proper paperwork is completed in a timely manner. - Coordinate the timely review and approval of required paperwork by the CH Executive Director and clinical team. - Keep prospective member updated and informed throughout process. - Schedule member signings. - Assists sales associates in moving prospective members through approval process. Demonstrate project management skills to include project tracking, reporting, and measurement activities that indicate progress towards program/department/system/corporate goals. Complete project within assigned time frame. Conduct ongoing business reviews of implemented projects to assess whether projects have achieved goals (financial, volume, quality, service, etc.) and assists Operational Leader in adjusting strategy or implementation as necessary. - Assist in the creation of business, sales, and marketing plans and ProForma development. - Track, prepare, and present reports detailing effectiveness of marketing, sales, and lead generation initiatives. - Coordinate communications between CH marketing and sales teams and appropriate Riverside directors, teams, and departments.
