As an Executive Assistant ll you will: • Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings. • Prepares yearly schedules for Board, Town Hall and Executive Staff meetings. • Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions. • Coordinates and leads special projects. • Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives. • Leads and supports committees as designated. • Coordinates data collection, compilation and submission • Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential. Qualifications include: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Associate degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an office setting required Work Schedule: 8 hour Day Shifts Monday through Friday At Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.
