Commerce Marketing Manager

This is a remote field position based in a home office. We are flexible on your location throughout the Northeast/East Coast Region or at headquarters in Chicago. As Commerce/Shopper Marketing Manager, reporting to our Senior Director of Commerce Marketing, you will lead annual marketing plan development, retailer media strategy, budget management, and marketing program execution to help us win at Ahold Delhaize. What You'll Do: Collaborate with Customers, Sales, Category Leadership, Brand teams, eCommerce, Partner Agencies, and other corporate resources to develop holistic, omni-channel marketing plans. Develop all components of Commerce/Shopper Marketing plans including program objectives, agency briefing, creative development, marketing tactic selection, program execution, and budget management. Leverage current shopping trends, shopper insights, and capabilities to identify new go-to-market media and communication opportunities. Analyze marketing investment performance versus key performance indicators and industry benchmarks to optimize future marketing investments. Partner with Brand teams to align marketing investment strategies, holistic creative development, and retail investment opportunities. Manage Agency resources to ensure successful execution of marketing plans. Manage annual marketing investment allocation and ongoing budget tracking to optimize marketing investment. Partner with Customer Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce and Retail Media Network teams on new item sell-in, marketing plan development, and program execution. Collaborate with eCommerce and Sales to deliver digital shelf content optimized to drive sales, share of voice, and repeat. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of Brand, Shopper, Digital/eComm, or Agency experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Expertise in digital marketing/ecommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile and social, with an understanding of the digital shelf and retailer search. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to develop partnerships with Sales, Brand teams, internal marketing resources, agency partners, and retailers. Experience applying consumer data and marketing investment performance to optimize marketing plans. Experience balancing long-term plan development with short-term business opportunities/challenges, managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously, and responding to internal/retailer requests.
