Solution Architect - Enterprise Procurement

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Solution Architect is a part of a team focused on delivering creative technical solutions to directly impact the business through modern technologies. Drives the technical strategy and architecture solution. Knowledgeable and aware of the latest trends and innovations in the business. Collaborates with managed services providers and system integrators to deliver products, projects and solutions with high value results. Works with multiple resources to optimize end-to-end business and technical processes, and continuously looks to improve efficiency and costs. Has an in-depth understanding of business processes and technology and collaborates with all levels of the enterprise to support business strategy. You will: Technology Roadmap: Develop a technology roadmap for Enterprise Procurement inclusive of IT and business managed solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive digital transformation and improve customer experiences. Maintains the alignment, integration, and coordination of architecture activities across different programs, projects and products as they evolve over time. Provide inputs and guidance into estimating process. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient technology solutions that enhance Enterprise Procurement operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and identifying opportunities for rationalization. Facilitate analysis of the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Solution Delivery: Develops minimal viable architectures, which can include a set of standards, reference architecture patterns, principles, and guardrails, through the EA governance model, which is informed by the business strategy and corporate governance. Clarifies accountability and provides the focal point for agile, effective, and efficient decision making. Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as to leverage shared technologies, tools and processes that impact speed to value and time to market.
