Job Details What you will do Within our Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions, Silent-Aire designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of inventory and/or warehouse employees and manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. How you will do it Supply product to production lines, organize the warehouse, and maintain IOH (Inventory on Hand) levels. Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. Manage a team of employees including hiring, training, scheduling shifts, reviewing performance, and providing feedback.
