The Role
As ‘Guest Services Supervisor’ you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission! Assist the Guest Services Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the guest service staff. Ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.
You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
