Job Title: LPN Home Health

Job Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Contract - 13 Weeks

Job Duties:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring patients’ overall health during every visit.
  • Changing bandages, wound dressings, and catheters.
  • Setting up exercise programs for patients.
  • Provide patient and family education on various health topics, including medication instructions, self-care, and disease management.
  • Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other support staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and high-quality care

Job Requirements:

  • Home Health experience is required.
  • LPN License
  • BLS

Schedule:.

  • Day Shift
  • 8 hours Shift
  • Monday - Friday

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Standard shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Home health: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • LPN License (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)

Work Location: In person
