For Loan Officers, that means being proactive and attentive with both what the client needs, as well as what the bank needs to get a file to closing. Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers in processing loan applications and documentation
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Input data into computer systems, including 10 key typing
- Prepare loan documents and contracts for clients
- Coordinate with escrow companies and other parties involved in the loan process
- Perform basic math calculations to verify loan amounts and interest rates
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with banking procedures and terminology is a plus
