'Company' is an ecommerce analytics provider with a broad set of services and capabilities. Our technology platform is a SAAS model that allows clients to engage a full set suite of retail and decision support services or individually pick the service features they want to engage. Our goal is to deliver actionable retail insights and results that brands can use to drive their businesses both online and offline in one software platform. Responsibilities:
Build out a scalable playbook for sales and lead generation using various media vehicles
Hire and train an inside sales team that can follow the designated playbook and is scorecard driven
Learn quickly and take the initiative to solve problems in order to drive client retention, cross sales, & higher ARPU
Create partnerships with other SaaS providers to provide a holistic solution for existing and new customers
Work with Exec Leadership team on annual sales budgeting, 3 to 5 year growth plans, and strategic direction
Develop enthusiastic professional relationships with prospects, clients and internal teams
Secure and maintain a strong understanding of 'Company' solution offerings and solicit feedback from customers to drive product improvements
Strong ability to listen and think before speaking, communicate effectively in your delivery and understanding how your message is received
Benchmark, analyze and assess both your team member's work AND competition.
Startup mentality to roll up sleeves to build, solve, work with limited resources and get things done
Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding team quotas
10-12 years of software sales experience in B2B SaaS or B2B consumer brand industry
2-3 years of experience managing software sales teams in B2B SaaS or the B2B consumer brand industry. Experience in Retail or e-Commerce SaaS solutions in data and analytics.
Proven track record of exceeding team quotas Understanding of the Amazon Marketplace
Travel may be required up to 25%
Experience navigating complex negotiations
Bachelor's degree required
