The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022. The Business Unit Controller, ITS will support the ITS operations. ITS is a leading global supplier of highly engineered cleaning materials supporting the semiconductor industry. ITS provides critical materials and turnkey products that enable device manufactures and foundries to maximize uptime and throughput for substantial cost savings. This position reports to the Business Unit Controller, Electronic Materials North America and will be a key business partner to the VP and GM of ITS. The Business Unit Controller’s duties include but not limited to the following: Provide strategic and financial decision support, as well as cost accounting and financial support. Ensure financial goals are aligned with operations. Connects operational performance to the financials and provides financial strategic direction to the plant Is a key business partner to Operations management Performs month end and quarter close responsibilities in a timely manner and drives accountability for results Assists and supports integration with Entegris and future ERP implementations as well as the development of a cost accounting methodology framework Establishes standard costing rates and partners with Operations to update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll Partners with FP&A regarding long term strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, periodic reporting and analysis, and ROI/investment analysis Provides recommendations to improve site performance Maintains and develops a strong internal control environment in a SOX compliant organization Adapts to an environment of continuous change due to organic growth and ongoing M&A activity. Supports standardization of processes and controls, and seeks continuous improvement Collaborates with the Internal Audit and the External Audit teams, providing appropriate support Position Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years working in a manufacturing environment/cost function Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Cost accounting in a manufacturing environment knowledge and experience SAP experience preferred, working with a global ERP system a must ERP implementation experience is a plus Ability to utilize advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel Financial modeling and analysis experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills CMC Materials Offers: Compensation – Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus Global organization and global exposure 401k plan – significant match program Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and Insurance beginning on day-1 Generous paid time off & parental leave program A generous ESPP program Educational assistance program and training The data is definitive.
