Search Additional Job Opportunities Job Title: CMP Slurry Development Summer Intern (Entegris) Job Description: The Role: The core purpose of the role is to screen potential slurry technology on advanced films. We are working to collect ermerging films that will be important in Advanced Memory and Logic from our customers and 3rd party vendors. The idea is to quickly characterize these films exisitng lab tools (SurPASS, contact angle, etc) and perform preliminary screening of current core-shell technology. In this role you will: Collect multiple emerging films from customers, 3rd party suppliers, OEMs, etc. Perform and coordinate characterization work on these films to understand properties (isoelectric point hydrophobicity, etc) Identifying what current formulation space has potential to provide desired removal rate on new films Preliminary coupon polish testing to determine feasibility Analyzing & summarizing data Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Background in chemistry, materials science, or related topic Prior experience in lab environment Interest in colloidal science or semiconductor industry Hard working, strong student Chemistry, materials science, or related field. May 2023-2024 Your success will be measured by: People and teamwork - a strong candidate will be identified and given an opportunity to learn about the IC industry, slurry design, etc Creativity and Innovation - new slurry platforms will be designed for emerging films Dedication to excellence - new slurry platforms will prioritize exceeding customer requirements, colloidal stability, etc
