ROLE SUMMARY: Lead the communication and facilitation of Trimester planning windows with wholesalers, facilitate custom point of connection materials POCM creation with various suppliers, collaborate with retail and brand teams to organize and cascade upcoming programming. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage “PERCH” trimester ordering process with retail team and wholesalers Work with POCM suppliers to procure POCM and premium items for various region programs Collaborate with Retail & Trade Marketing teams to develop channel-based programs Manage tracking of brand program components for national and regional led 360 marketing campaigns to monitor stakeholder progress / completion Serve as Region Point of Contact with Brand Teams during planning and investment cycle (1YP & 3YP) Lead monthly touchpoints with Brand Teams to evaluate success & ROI of local programming Manage Brand Execution Team budget & priority communication in focus markets Create local brand marketing at the regional level JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree very strongly preferred. Strong PC Skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). SAP experience preferred. Strong ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
