What you'll do: Work closely with peers and other members of the Geo and/or global People Team to effectively partner with the business and successfully drive company-wide programs and initiatives including performance management, salary administration, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational and talent reviews, and change management Apply effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide group and 1-on-1 mentorship with managers and employees Partner in implementing organizational talent planning and talent acquisition strategies; ensuring implementation of key processes and capabilities to support learning and growth for the organization Use data to validate business observations and/or to assess results of org health initiatives Effective management of talent agenda activities for client group. Continually assesses the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets Who you are: Proven global HR experience (client-facing generalist or BP experience is required) with general knowledge of Employment laws Strong business sense: consulting, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and analytical skills Bias to action, being familiar with methods and approaches needed to get things done in a collaborative, lean and fast-moving environment, responding effectively and simply to complex and ambiguous problems and situations Highly organized with track record of operational excellence, targeting process management requirements and priorities Gains client's trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests.
