Solution Analyst

This position is remote but must be willing to work Eastern/Central time zone hours Summary of the role: The Solution Analyst drives value by facilitating discussions with business owners to identify pain points and opportunities of improvement by leveraging technology. The Solution Analyst will apply analytical skills to evaluate business requirements, document a recommended solution and present the solution in a manner that is concise, measurable, and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs. In this role you’ll: Define solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality, scalability and timely delivery Create and maintain project deliverables to ensure business processes, use cases, business requirements, solution designs, test plans and support handoff are thoroughly and consistently documented using standard templates and centralized repository. Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to DTS team. Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders while negotiating, influencing and driving conversation towards getting consensus from stakeholders on project objectives and priorities. Implement declarative solutions to support sustaining business processes and collaborate with Technical resources on complex solutions. About the ideal candidate: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field of study; or equivalent experience. Salesforce Administrator certification required. Relevant work experience: 4 years experience with declarative development in Salesforce. Business Understanding: Strong customer focus and collaborative work style Ability to understand and explain technical information Confident, patient and clear communicator with technical and non-technical customers Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments to meet deadlines Skills: Computing: Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, Salesforce Languages: English Other: Experience with Apttus/Conga and Zuora are beneficial.
