Sales Agent will work together with CEO/Founder Nate Johnson in accomplishing that mission and vision. The 12:45 Team with Keller Williams Realty ranked in the top 150 real estate agents, is a high energy, highly specialized, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team. Our intention is to grow our market share in Virginia, Maryland, and DC each year and use our successes here to expand by using world-class operations, marketing, and lead generation hub to power agents in 12 other market centers by 2027.

We have opportunities in multiple sales roles, ranging from Inside Sales Agents who have a small salary and large bonus structure to Buyer Agents who are fully commissioned within the team, Listing Agents who would need previous real estate success, to individual tracks toward becoming a millionaire real estate agent and building a team of your own!
A strong candidate will likely have a proven track record in telephone or door to door sales or an extensive sales background and enjoy the challenge of tackling hard things! Strong candidates likely already excel in their current roles. A successful agent would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They can record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
The Sales Associate's activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. This job will require mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging from $75K-$150K .
Over time, as leadership skills are exhibited, the Sales Agent may have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager or Director of Lead Generation or Expansion Partner for the 12:45 Team. We look forward to meeting you.
