We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace Delivery Lead - Software Engineering Essential Job Functions: • Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. • Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning. • Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments. • Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals. • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise. • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Required Experience: Strong 8 years of experience on resolving production issues for Life COMM and related interface system Experience on Assembler, COBOL, CICS, Life/70, MVS /JCL, VSAM, Easytrieve, DB2, TSO/ISPF Must have expertise in life Insurance/ Annuity domain. Experienced in end to end development & testing model Functional gap analysis, impact analysis on the Lifecomm application & map gaps against user requirement. Prepare of Estimation and timeline for various activities Create technical Specification document & Conduct technical walkthrough with various stakeholders and obtain required sign offs Functional support during development of applications Coordinate with Interface teams on Lifecomm integration touch points Peer review.
