Join our team as a Field Service Engineer for the Nuremberg-Region (and Bavaria) and receive in-depth training on our anatomical pathology portfolio to become an expert. As a new member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn about our cutting-edge analytical instruments, ensuring customer success and satisfaction. If you are skilled in diagnostics, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! You will be: Performing all pre-planned and ad-hoc Service activities in line with internal procedures and customer regulations. Assuring responsive telephone support and diagnostic as well as on-site Services to exceed the customer’s expectation and making them successful. Providing VDE 0701/0702 safety testing’s at customer devices with proper documentation. Optimizing your own work schedule by coordinating with all the necessary partners for service planning/scheduling (Dispatching function, Team Leader, others). Managing the company’s assets provided, such as Car Stock/Inventory of Parts, Computer, Telephone, general Tools, Software, Company Car, Manuals etc.. Managing technical escalations with the Service and Application Team in agreement with Manager Field Service. Receiving weeks of trainings and learn from the team to become an anatomical pathology expert for Epredia instruments. Actively promoting our contract products. You will bring: Professional background/qualification in Electronics/Engineering or related subjects. Minimum 3-5 years’ Field experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent devices. Willingness to travel to the UK for training opportunities. Excellent German and very good English skills, both verbal and written. Clean Driving License.
