Qualifications
Application Development experience
2+ years working as a Project Manager
Self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Adept at communicating (leading) C-Level Executives
Responsibilities
Complete assigned projects as aggressively as possible while acting as an ambassador for the 120VC standards
Work with your account team to mature the client’s business agility and change readiness by progressively implementing/iterating down the Organizational Change Engine maturity funnel.
Truly care about our clients, their team members and their vendors, and demonstrate this in your words, your actions and how you deliver
Share 120VC best practices with client team members and their vendors via 1 to 1 meetings, lunch and learns, & webinars
Obtain the 120-PLC within seven (7) months of start date
