Handles independently a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions. Accountabilities Performs administrative secretarial responsibilities required to maintain effective function of the department. 40% Advanced ability in the use of computer software, correspondence skills, report writing and telecommunications. 25% Responsible for department specific projects as assigned. (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.) 20% Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar as needed. 15% Supervisory/Management Responsibilities N/A Minimum Requirements Education: High School diploma or equivalent OR post high school diploma / highest degree earned Experience: 2 years of related experience Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses N/A In Lieu Of N/A Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Organizational skills.
