We are seeking a driven, polished, and professional individual to join the team as an Office Administrator. For the ideal candidate, this can serve as an entry-level position with a goal for advancement in Accounting:
- As the Face of the Company, Interact Positively With Customers, Vendors, and Co-Workers
- Provide Administrative Support with the Ability to Predict, Anticipate and Execute on the Business Needs of the Office
- Screen Correspondence and Telephone Calls; Respond Or Direct to Appropriate Parties for Response
- Coordinate Department Calendar for Conference Rooms
- Additional Duties Include Providing Telephone Support, Assist with Preparation of Company-Wide Communications, Mail and Paperwork Distribution, Filing, Copying, Ordering Office Supplies, and Other General Tasks
- Posting of Customer Payments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required; Some College Credits in Accounting Preferred
- Experience Working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Good Judgment and Discretion in Handling Confidential Information
- Demonstrate a Willingness to Learn New Skills, Accept Additional Responsibilities as Required
- Extremely Organized with Great Attention to Detail
