Then please keep reading About the job In this position, you provide technical knowledge, advice and support both internally and externally to resolve requests regarding our products and services on technical issues. You ensure to maximize the benefits derived from Secos products and work proactively to handle pre-sales activities which include analyzing customer’s technical needs and suggesting solutions. Furthermore, you explore, identify, and develop new and existing application areas. You also handle post-sales activities which includes to resolve implementation challenges and respond to more complex technical questions regarding the products, and you develop and deliver training to educate internal and external partners on the features of their purchase. Analyzing customers’ technical needs, you’re developing proposals on how our products and services can meet these needs and be integrated with the customer’s existing systems and equipment, is a big part of your role. Some of your tasks include: Actively work with productivity optimization to reach customer targets Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation. Develop test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components. Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed per customer needs. The role is based flexible in Norway, and internal travel is a natural part of the job. Your profile We’re looking for someone who is skilled in CAD/CAM and interested in applying and providing specialist knowledge of relevant technical product and application solutions and can create tooling packages according to customer needs. We highly appreciate your understanding of sales and preferably you have a few years in a similar role. As we’re a global company, you have good communication skills in verbal and written English and you’re fluent in Norwegian.
