The Position RSS Riga, Latvia, being part of the Global Digital Hub The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions (RSS). Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. Due to the continued high demand for RSS services, we created a satellite location in Riga, Latvia in 2023. The Riga office is part of the Roche Services & Solutions EMEA organization and complements the Budapest site in capabilities and capacities. The Riga office is planned to grow to more than 200 employees over the next 4-5 years, with talents in exciting and emerging fields such as Digital Marketing, Regulatory Capabilities, Agile Coaching, Project Management as well as Finance. More information: https://www.roche.lv/en/par-roche/rss About the position: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms. You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. Your day to day responsibilities are: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand their communication objectives and develop creative concepts and designs that align with Roche's brand guidelines and values Design and produce a wide range of visual materials, such as graphics, illustrations, presentations, brochures, flyers, social media visuals, and other marketing collateral, that effectively communicate Roche's message and value proposition Ensure that all visual materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with Roche's brand identity and messaging Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Roche's visual materials As a qualified expert, you have: 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on a variety of design projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment What can you bring to our team: Quick learner Dynamic and flexible in working with different tools Willingness to work in a fast-paced global environment Great interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken In exchange we provide you with: Roche Annual Bonus: Your annual bonus is a financial compensation that varies based on factors such as individual and organizational performance and affordability.
