We are seeking an enthusiastic Electronics Designer that is a problem-solver, eager to rise to the challenges of a continuously evolving technological industry, and wants to make an impact on the safety of people and businesses globally. Responsibilities: Developing innovative products alongside mechanical, firmware, and DVT teams Designing digital electronics and power supply circuits using EDA tools including schematic capture, PCB layout and simulation tools Testing, characterizing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits Rapid prototyping of test circuits using workbench tools and test equipment Designing and testing for EMC compliance and safety Supporting production and products in the field Creating and maintaining board design files, JIRA tickets, testing documentation, and bills of materials Qualifications: 2 years of experience in electronic design or validation Hands on skills including soldering, prototyping and using test equipment Pragmatic approach to problem solving with ability to improvise Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to learn quickly and work well within a team environment This position is based in Vancouver, BC and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area as you will be required to go into the office anywhere from 2 - 5 days per week as projects require.
