For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $76,243.44 (annually) to $87,687.60(annually). Job Summary Analyze compliance and internal process risks for all Sentara Divisions. Assist the Compliance department in risk analysis, planning, auditing and program development for compliance activities throughout Sentara. Participate in compliance and fraud investigations. Provide consultation and education for Sentara staff impacted by compliance activities. Acts as a resource for compliance, coding, charge capture and third party reimbursement regulations and rules. Travel to Sentara's extended sites outside of Hampton Roads required. Healthcare and Clinical Experience preferred. Required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise audit projects for the staff. Proficient in analyzing medical charts Bachelor's level degree in Business Administration, HIM, Health Administration or similar degree.
