We are looking for a competent Help Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance to internal users primarily utilizing Windows computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues, offer advice to solve them as well as support in-house software solutions.
An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain solutions. They must also be user-oriented and patient to deal with difficult users. The most important quality of a good Help Desk Technician is their ability to be discerning, probing to ask the relevant questions and determine the root cause(s) of and solution to a problem. Further, we seek independent thinkers capable of providing novel solutions where one may not exist.
