Position: Automotive Regional Business Development Manager - China Location: Shanghai, Shen Zhen Hiring Manager: Edward Chen Job grade: P4 Hiring process: (please indicate two technical interviewers at least for P4/M3 and above) Key responsibilities for the role include: Promote ADI automotive solutions including BMS, GMSL, audio (A2B/DSP), electrification & Power, build up sustainable business with strong opportunity pipeline in China Collaborate and coordinate with BU and local automotive sales/FAE team, to align strategy/action plan to key customers/projects, and drive coordinate support resource Analyze regional market status/trends, competition landscape. Share insights to executive and BU with strategy/new product proposal Drive power opportunity pipeline and revenue in China, lead definition and execution of attacking plan to key power projects Build up regional ecosystem, including industrial committee and business partners to boost business Regional sales data coordination and analysis Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree, Electronic Engineering subject or MBA is a plus 5 years working experience and 3 year experience in automotive industry, deep knowledge in automotive application and market. Knowledges and experience on power is a plus Excellent written and oral English Mastery of market / business data analysis Driven and proactive personality, with the ability to solve complicated problems and issues Strong soft skill on communication, coordination and negotiation For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
