Job Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking guest orders accurately
and efficiently, and ensuring the dining experience is seamless and memorable for guests. The
Server must have a strong knowledge of the menu and beverage options, work efficiently and
effectively to deliver high-quality service to guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining
area.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Take guest orders accurately and efficiently and ensure timely delivery of food and
beverages. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and
timely delivery of food. Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the menu,
specials, and beverage options. Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special
requests, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining
area and performing cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.
Work Environment:

Required to work weekends and irregular hours.

Requires working under stressful conditions.

Must be able to work safely in a noisy area.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours a day.

Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Requires maintenance of the dining area, including moving tables and chairs.
