He/She must be a go-getter, proactive, and especially organized. Thecandidate will have the abilityto effectivelymanagescheduling of calls,meetings and a high volumeworkload.

KeyRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all scheduling relatedmatters
  • Beaware of Executives’ day and anticipate needs that may arise
  • Providephonesupport;organizecalls,listen and proactivelysetfollowup
  • Completeexpensereportsusing Concur
  • Assistwithconferenceroomreservations,audio/visualequipmentsetup,catering for meetingsand visitorregistration
  • Printandorganizedocuments
  • Managing travellogistics,drafttravelbookletitineraries/agendas

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree
  • Detail-oriented, highly ambitious, and proactive
  • High proficiency with MS Office(Word,Excel,PowerPointand Outlook)
  • Abilitytowork with all levels of management
  • Exceptionalgrammarand proofreading skillsrequired
  • Abilityhandlemultipleassignments and deadlines with accuracy
  • Exceptionalinterpersonalskills
  • Strong written and oral communicationskills
  • Professionaldemeanor
