The Advocate Supervisor assists in the operations, training, on-boarding and support of the Court Appointed Special Advocates [CASA] and volunteer programs based on best practices. Assist in the activities of the CASAs and volunteers to assure compliance with all the policies and standards of the organization and National CASA. Maintain a strong understanding of foster care issues in MA and Berkshire County; current information and conditions relative to child abuse and neglect; and Berkshire Juvenile Court Procedures. Associate’s Degree; other relevant experience/education; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2–3 years administrative experience including working with a client database, knowledge of foster care system preferred, volunteer experience preferred.
