1800Flowers.com's Jericho Office is seeking full time Financial Analyst to join the IT Finance department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help in the generating the monthly analysis reporting for both IT and Telecom to be shared with Senior Management.
- Track timesheets submissions throughout the month for accuracy and timely submissions
- Cross train with Procurement Analyst and provide assistance as needed.
- Cross train with Telecom Analyst and provide assistance as needed.
- Help with month end analysis for capital/operating expenses
- Help Prepare month end accruals for IT.
- Adhoc analytical projects, as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- Must have intermediate Excel skills, including managing large data, creating pivot tables and basic formulas.
- Highly dedicated, detail oriented with positive work attitude.
- Must be Flexible and willing to work longer hours during Month End as well as Holidays as needed
- Capable of working under pressure and good organizational skills
- Good Communicational skills to be able to collaborate with internal groups as well as outside vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
