We have a client who needs an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate who deeply cares about making everyday lives easier for the customers. Assisting them through a voice channel and providing a delightful customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist with processing orders.
- Answer any questions a customer has set up and resolve problems with customer accounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Engage with customers.
- Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
