We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our short-term rental properties. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in providing a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests, ensuring that each property is immaculate and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and prepare the rental property before guests' arrival, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties during guests' stay, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Change and launder linens, towels, and other guest supplies as needed.
- Restock essential amenities such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items.
- Conduct inspections to ensure the property meets our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.- Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly to the property manager.
- Maintain and restocking your own cleaning supplies need to clean and sanitize the home.
- Follow established procedures for key management and property security.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a clean and hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with the property manager and cleaning manager to coordinate scheduling and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality industry is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough and efficient cleaning duties.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to meet the demands of guests checking in and out.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
