Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

- Experience in hospice care, dementia care, or working with individuals with autism is preferred
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus
- Experience in childcare or direct support is beneficial
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
