Fire Inspections Manager/Coordinator

``Job Summary: Manage the inspection side of the business. Coordinate, organize, and schedule contracted fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspections.

Review all inspection reports for accuracy, identify all deficiencies, and send deficiencies quote requests or service orders to the appropriate department. This person is also responsible for RMR billing.

This individual will be in constant communication with customers and inspectors.

Maintain all inspection records and contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the inspection team
• Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols
• Coordinate with clients to schedule inspections and provide the necessary documentation
• Schedule deficiencies repairs
• Review inspection reports and identify areas for improvement or corrective action
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fire alarm / fire sprinkler systems
• Administration of Client Portfolio Files
• Manage Client Status Database
• Inspections, Testing, and Service Maintenance Contracts Management
• Maintain testing equipment certifications.
• Account Management and Billing.
• Ability to solve customer-related problems, conflicts, and concerns.
• Perform other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong Communication and Customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a very busy office environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, QuickBooks, and dispatch software
• Knowledge of the Fire alarm and Fire Sprinkler industry, NFPA codes is a BIG PLUS.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
