**Solar Sales Consultant Position**:
As a highly motivated, positive, results driven Direct Sales Representative, you are on the front lines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean solar energy courtesy of 1st Solar. * * Your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting, knocking on doors, setting in-home appointments, and closing high-ticket ($20k-$100k) contracts. * *
Responsibilities/Requirements: * *
- Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels including door-to-door, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Represent 1st Solar in a professional and ethical manner
- Experience working with CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc. is a plus
- Conduct in home presentations to prospective clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve a minimum of 3 target sales per month
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a must
- Attend a mandatory weekly Zoom meeting to collaborate with the marketing, customer success teams and colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies
- Spanish speaking a plus
** Pay**:
- Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $4000 - $6000).
- Our standard minimum is 2 sales per month.
- Volume bonuses are available.
- Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed.
- 1099-contractor.
- 100% commission based salary.

- Sale Experience - Must have at least 2 years of door to door or sales experience

Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
